Why homeowners choose concrete repair

No more stepping around the crack

A heaved walkway you warn every guest about. A cracked step you hold your breath on. A sunken patio slab that holds a puddle all winter. Small things, but they change how your home feels.

Getting them fixed brings back that feeling of a home that's cared for, and peace of mind when family and friends come over.

Concrete Repair

Honest advice before any work begins

Tree roots, settling soil and age all affect concrete over time. We look at what's causing the damage and explain your options clearly.

We repair what makes sense to repair and replace sections that can't be saved, matching the finish as closely as possible. When a whole surface has failed, we can quote replacing it in concrete or switching to pavers.

What Homeowners Are Saying

Yelp

This crew is impressive! They were on-site on the dot from 9am-5pm and cleaned up at the end of each day, including sweeping any debris on the street and my driveway. I was told work to be done in 2 weeks yet ended being completed in 1 without compromised! Exceeded all expectations! They were very detailed and meticulous with every slab placement and I couldn't be happier with the end results. Their work ethic is top notch and I would HIGHLY recommend Cunha Pavers! You won't be disappointed.

I found Cunha Pavers on facebook and gave them a call, Yasim and Raul came for free price estimate and upon arrival I showed them my project samples and I had like 4/5 different project samples and they send me a different price estimates for different project on same day, I was already impressed. Great communications from Yasmin. After a week I decided to do my project from with Cunha Pavers. I was give 3 days work estimate time but the guys did over time and finished in 2 days, All of guys were great and very friendly. Also I got to stay home for 2 days and see guys work, we had some tacos and ice creams with the guys. It was fun also at same time they were very professional. Cunha Pavers also helped me extend my drive way now I can park 2 cars. Thank you Cunha Pavers and Thank you Yasmin.

Yelp

We were referred to Cunha Pavers by a family friend. They have a great team of workers putting together our front yard and backyard. We worked closely with Yasmin and Leandro Jr. They were very responsive and excellent at keeping an open communication throughout the project. We got so much compliments from our neighbors, family and friends. They also have years of warranty for the work that they did. Thank you Cunha Pavers for making our home more beautiful.

I hired this company to put in pavers in the backyard. I am very pleased with the speed at which the project was completed, the professionalism and the overall end product. I am hiring them again to replace the walkway in the front of my house. I would refer and recommend this company to anyone who needs paving work of any type.

FAQ

Concrete Repair questions

Should I repair or replace my driveway?

If cracks are narrow and the slab is level, repair can make sense. If sections are sunken, raised or broken through, replacement is often the better value. We'll explain what we see.

Can you match the old concrete color?

We match finish and texture as closely as possible. New concrete usually looks lighter at first and blends in as it weathers.

Do you fix city sidewalks?

Sidewalk work in the public right-of-way usually needs a city permit. We'll explain what's typically required and include it in the proposal when we can.
